LYNDON CENTER, Vt. — Lyndon fell to Plymouth State for a second time this season by a score of 87-77 at Stannard Gymnasium.
Ian Dempsey led Plymouth State's attack with 23 points and six rebounds and Bill Stowell had a double-double with 19 points with 11 rebounds. Tom Dowd had 10 points and five rebounds for the Panthers, while Matt Feehan had seven assists.
The Hornets were led by Phil Warrick's (Springfield, Mass.) 21 points and three steals. Jason Gray (East Thetford, Vt.) finished 16 points with seven rebounds while O'Bee Byrd (Waterbury, Conn.) had 11 points with seven rebounds. Ben Sackett (Lyndonville, Vt.) had 11 points in the match and Jose Fortunato (Boston, Mass.) collected a team-high four assists.
