HENNIKER, N.H. – New England College men's lacrosse remained undefeated in North Atlantic Conference play beating Lyndon 30-1. The Pilgrims would come out of the gate on fire netting six goals in the opening three minutes of play. NEC would continue to dominate the offense closing out the opening quarter up 15-0.
Fifteen different players would score for NEC, including Chris Gomes who lead all scorers with seven goals. NEC's Kevin Marceau netted a goal and dished out five assists, while James Putney finished with two goals and three assists.
Scoring the Hornets lone goal was Anthony Amoroso (Jamestown, N.Y.) assisted by Mario Viola (Nashua, N.H.). Picking up the win in goal for NEC was Nick Aquaviva. In goal for Lyndon was Matt Reynolds (New Fairfield, Conn.) who finished with an impressive 24 saves.
