WATERVILLE, Maine – The Lyndon women's soccer team closed out its regular season with a 1-0 North Atlantic Conference win over Thomas.

The first half remained scoreless despite the Hornets outshooting the Terriers 12-to-6. The eventual game-winning goal for the Hornets came off the foot of Lindi Libera (West Burke, Vt.) in the 75th minute when she sent a shot into the back of the goal off of a break away.

Despite a 10-save effort, Thomas goalkeeper Kate Thibodeau shouldered the loss. Tia Billado (Bellows Falls, Vt.) recorded seven saves and earned the win for the Hornets.
