SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - The Western New England women's volleyball team climbed back to the .500 mark after posting a 3-0 shutout victory over visiting Lyndon in a non-conference match at the Alumni Healthful Living Center.
The Golden Bears won by setscores of 25-9, 25-3, and 25-4 to raise their record to 6-6.
Tyler Singh led WNE with five kills while Maureen Pollet contributed five. Grace Kucharski recorded 14 service aces and had a game-high six digs. Heather Mears had a solid outing with 11 assists. The Hornets had three kills from Morgan Diltz (Moultonboro, NH).
