NEW LONDON, N.H. – Colby-Sawyer College defeated 3-0 at a quad match held on the Chargers' home court. Colby-Sawyer won the matchup by sets scores of 25-13, 25-13 and 25-9.
Courtney O'Hara recorded a match-high 13 kills and hit .321. Emilee McBride added nine kills and three blocks. Jackie Keating hit .467 and had eight kills. Ally Le-Bruno tallied five aces and 10 digs. Lyndon was led by Morgan Diltz (Moultonboro, N.H.). She hit .294 and had six kills. Maegan Fried (Great Falls, Mont.) registered a match best 14 digs.
Later in the day, the University of Maine at Farmington beat Lyndon 3-0 by set scores of 25-14, 25-23, 25-23. The Beavers were led by Shannon Mitchell who recorded a match-high 12 kills. Shannon Brown had a match best 12 digs in the win. Whitney Walls tallied 16 assists. Jaclyn Brett (Weymouth, Mass.) had seven assists to lead Lyndon and Fried had three kills.
