New Hampshire Tech tops Lyndon
LYNDON CENTER, Vt. — The New Hampshire Technical Institute women's volleyball team recorded a 3-0 win over Lyndon in an exhibition game held at Stannard Gymnasium. The Lynx won the match by set scores of 25-16, 25-23 and 25-9.
Victoria Spencer collected eight kills, 10 digs and three service aces for the winners while teammate Alesha Niswander added eight kills, nine digs and seven aces. Alexandra Clough had seven kills, two aces and two blocks; Amber Rodney dished out a game-high 22 assists and Kaitlyn Taylor contributed five kills and three blocks in the win.
For Lyndon, Laura Drake (Hinsdale, Mass.) had nine assists and four services aces and Morgan Diltz (Moultonboro, N.H.) had eight kills and three digs. Jessica Walsh (North kingstown, R.I.) had four kills and three digs in the loss.
