He is also very quick, both with and without the ball. Most importantly, he is another hard working, high character young man that will make a positive contribution to the culture of acountability that we are building."
Oxbow head coach Steven Carson added "I am excited to see Ben fulfill his dream of playing at the next level. His tireless work ethic and desire to be the best player he can be will be a great asset to the Lyndon program. Ben's ability to handle the ball and make plays for teammates will serve him well at the college level but his ability to space the floor with his long range outside shooting is his greatest weapon."
Emerson joins Zach Falkenburg of Chittnango, NY, Luke Fredsell of Westmoreland, NY, Colby Bucknam of Brunswick, ME, Dylan Torello of Fort Pierce, FL, Philip Lafond of South Easton, MA, Rian Hayman-Jones of St. Johnsbury, VT, Kyle Cary of Ravena, NY, and Clayton Fennimore of Groton, VT in the Hornets' Fall 2018 recruiting class.
