Pasiak moved 61 Onondaga student athletes on to play in four-year college programs, including 11 who played at Division I or II scholarship programs.  He produced 2 All-Americans, 6 Academic All-Americans, 20 All-Region players, 2 conference Players of the Year, and 24 All-Conference players.  Most significantly, his teams were consistently among Region III’s best performing in the classroom.
Among his administrative accomplishments, Pasiak headed the design, development, and launch of Onondaga’s athletics website.  He also created game previews, recaps, and feature stories for the website and for other media outlets.  Pasiak also brought the Lazers into the world of social media, as he launched and maintained Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube accounts for both the men’s basketball program and the overall athletic department.  In addition, he compiled and distributed the weekly MSAC Men’s and Women's Basketball Notebooks for 8 seasons.
Pasiak has a total of 35 years experience in coaching basketball and working in education.  He has coached and worked in administration at levels ranging from high school to NCAA Division I at Colgate University.  He is a 1984 graduate of Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY, a member of the National Association of Basketball Coaches and of the College Sports Information Directors of America, a past president of the Basketball Coaches Association of New York, and a former Empire State Games Head Coach.
